1. Returns within 30 days: You may return any unworn or unused item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

2. Buyer responsible for shipping costs: Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged or defective items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at kirstenrosephotography@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we review the photo, we will provide further assistance to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
